At AURÉME, each product is crafted with care and quality. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

As each formula is crafted in limited batches, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding and consideration in supporting limited, intentional production.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused.

Due to hygiene regulations, opened products cannot be accepted for return.

3. Store Credit

  • Approved returns for defective products will be issued as store credit to be used on future purchases.

  • Store credit is valid indefinitely from the date of issue.

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@auremeskin.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the defect.

  2. Our team will assess and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your store credit or exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in return transit.
